Are you not satisfied with your purchase or is your product damaged? We uphold the highest quality standards and are sorry to hear that. Here is our commitment to you to make it right:
- Free return of the product if misprinted, mislabeled, damaged, or defective, when claims are submitted within 30 days after received, the product is returned for inspection, and when the error is deemed to be on our part.
- Free refund or re-shipment of products lost in transit when claims are submitted within 30 days after estimated delivery date and if the item is determined to have been lost due to a courier error.
- If products that were delivered to you go unclaimed or if the address you provided was inaccurate, incomplete, or illegible, and the items are returned to our facility, then you will be required to pay the cost of reshipment.
- Because our products are made especially for you once you place an order, our return policy doesn't cover returns for any other reasons than mentioned above. Although we will won't be able to issue you a refund for the order, we hope you will find something delightful from our gallery that you can enjoy. If you are unsatisfied for any other reasons, we will happily provide you with a gallery credit to select another item you prefer.
