Oneness: a Collective Poem Beyond Liimits

There are moments in life when words stop feeling like mere language and begin to feel like remembrance.

That is what this poem became for us.

As part of our final project for the “Beyond Limits” course at CSL Seattle, we were invited to create something that reflected what we had uncovered throughout our journey together. What emerged was not just an acrostic poem spelling the word ONENESS, but a collective meditation on connection, divinity, nature, love, and the shared essence flowing through all life.

Each letter became its own doorway.

O: Ocean of infinite life force, the Spirit washes over and saturates all things with its own divine essence

N: Now and forever we are one spirit, one light, one love, perfect and whole, limitless, and without end.

E: Everlasting breath, abundant energy, shared and exchanged - in essence and spirit, forever tying us together as one.

N: Nature and nurture, one divine design, a forest rich with beautiful shades and colors, each tree radiant in glory, yet together a living, breathing wonder, with roots intertwined to the Mother's core.

E: Endless love and shimmering light flow in and through us, each life divinely created, perfectly held, forever connected, and encircled in Divinity.

S: Source, benevolent, kind, and wise, carries us along the unfolding path through hardship and joy, through suffering and understanding, until at last we soften, breathe deeply, and rest in the One.

S: So it is.

What made this project especially meaningful was that it was created together. Autumn, Beza, Sonya, Suzy  

Different voices, perspectives, stories, and hearts came together to form one unified expression. In many ways, the process itself embodied the very message of the poem: that individuality does not separate us from one another — it enriches the whole. Like the forest described in the poem, each person brought their own color, texture, and light, and together something beautiful emerged.

The Beyond Limits course challenged us to move past old perceptions of separation, fear, limitation, and scarcity. It invited us into a deeper awareness of possibility, spiritual truth, and interconnectedness. This poem became our shared reflection of that journey.

At its core, ONENESS is an offering. A reminder. A remembering.

That beneath the noise of the world, beneath labels and differences, beneath striving and struggle, there is something eternal connecting all of us.

One breath.
One light.
One love.

And maybe that is what healing really is — returning to the awareness that we were never separate to begin with.

That’s our declaration

So it is.
